This bright, modern and fully furnished 1-bed apartment in a new apartment block with 24 hour security is available for short or longer-term leases (sleeps 2 people). It has a reserved parking bay and parking for visitors inside the building. The building also has a swimming pool and sunbathing area with deck chairs for residents and guests. Guests may use towels provided for use at the swimming area.
It is situated on the border of Gardens and Cape Town City CBD, walking distance to a Virgin Active gym, the Gardens Centre Shopping Mall, restaurants in the trendy Wembley Square complex and tourist attractions, including the South African Parliament Buildings and historic Company Gardens area.
Long and short term lease rates include a domestic worker who will clean the apartment once a week and do any washing and ironing required.
The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances: microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee perculator, crockery and cutlery (enough for 10 people), cooking utensils, plenty pots and pans, attractive granite counter tops, a built-in 4 plate stove top and oven with extractor fan, full-size fridge and washing machine/ tumble dryer combo.
The open plan lounge and dining area has all the amenities! The balcony has a café-style table for sundowners with a mountain view. The dining room table expands to seat 10 people, the lounge has a flat screen TV, DVD player, plug-in to speakers for an MP3/Ipod (guests to use own MP3/Ipod), DSTV (satellite monthly payments are included in short and long term lease rates).
The double bedroom has its own balcony with harbour views and white cotton linen.
The bathroom has both a walk-in shower and separate bath-tub - with soft, fluffy towels supplied.
